Do you need assistance paying for child care? You may qualify for financial assistance from the Illinois Department Health Services (IDHS) through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). CCAP is intended to help parents pay for child care while they work or go to school. Income eligibility is based on the combined gross monthly income of all family members, and the corresponding family size. Click here to learn more about CCAP eligibility. To use CCAP for your child care needs, parents and caregivers will need to find a provider that is willing to accept CCAP funding, and submit an application for Child Care Assistance to the YWCA. For a list of CCAP providers, please contact your CCR&R, listed below.
