Who We Are
DAECC History: The DuPage Early Childhood Collaboration, (DECC), was established in 2014 as a regional early childhood collaboration to support county level system development and alignment for young children and their families, to build awareness and to facilitate access to high quality early childhood services and education.
In June 2022, DECC leaders selected the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD) to serve as the backbone agency to move the work of the collaboration forward. At the same time, DCHD was awarded the All Our Kids Networks grant. In July 2023, the name of the collaboration was changed from DuPage Early Childhood Collaboration (DECC) to DuPage All Our Kids Early Childhood Collaboration (DAECC). This name brings together the ideas and efforts of the collaboration to help guide the work within All Our Kids.
